In the ocean, staying generally within 5 miles targeting black sea bass, flounder, scup (porgy), triggerfish, and weakfish.
We target flounder, sea bass, & try to get some other species on the troll
Gives us more time to get to the pelagic fish that may be lurking close by, but is a season-dependent trip. In May we won‘t catch mahi or wahoo, but may get a a shot at a bluefin. In June the odds get better, but water may still not be warm enough. Starting in July the chances improve of finding king mackerel, mahi-mahi, tuna, & wahoo. Please contact me before booking this trip so I can make sure I can meet your objectives.
We will agree to the type of fishing we will do: troll, chunk, jig, etc., and then decide how long we need the trip to be for us to catch our limit. The rate is $150 an hour with a two hour minimum for this trip.
